“I was a 45 year old single Mum who had major surgery 6 months previously and had put on
a lot of weight. Being a single Mum I didn’t think of myself as an important person in my
own life so my enthusiasm for life was low.
I dressed in baggy comfortable clothes and didn’t go out with friends. I sat in and watched
television and ate chocolate and sweets. Chocolate seemed to be a good friend which I was
Julie through coaching got me to make promises to myself to reduce the chocolate amount I
consumed weekly and to then to keep a diary of my food. Another fantastic method was to
get me to substitute good for bad such as plain biscuits with my cup of tea instead of
chocolate bars and yogurts replacing cake.
I felt the most beneficial parts of Julie’s life coaching was that it fitted into my life and I
didn’t feel pressured to achieve things on a fast pace, but always to be honest. Julie was
friendly and very easy to talk to but stayed professional throughout.
I would recommend Julie as a live coach as she helped me realise that I am important and
worth the extra effort. Not only did I get into my smaller sized jeans again I feel enthusiastic
for life and my friends and family can see the difference.”
